The intensive and continued training and experience received by Phyllis has given her a unique perspective on the needs of both pets and their human families. "Our pets don't lose the ability to alter their behavior as they age, their human families are central to success". Consistency is the key, our dogs are part of our families, and ideally, everyone in the family needs to become involved in the plan for good behavior. That's one of the methods Phyllis utilize.
